    TA7796 – Appointed as PPP(Public Private Partnership)

    1 st December 2021 to 30th October 2022

    Appointed PPP Audit Specialist by Asian Development Bank (ADB) to carry out the following broad activities.

    A) Prepare a PPP (Public Private Partnership) Audit manual in compliance with the standards of International Organisation of Supreme Audit Institutions (INTOSAI)
    B) Carryout the audit of two PPP (Public Private Partnership) projects by applying the guidelines as prescribed in the PPP Audit manual.
    C) Impart training to staff in the office of Commission on Audit (COA) and others involved in the carrying out of PPP Audit in Manila, Philippines.

    Mr Gopabandhu Satapathy rendered services as Support Consultant, Finance for ADB Project no- 48493-002, Madhya Pradesh Skills Development Project in Bhopal, Madhya Pradesh, India from 1st August 2019 till 31st July 2020 and has prepared Finance Manual, Internal Audit Charter as per International Professional Practice Frame work, Internal Audit Manual and also has taken steps for timely completion of statutory audit with minimum audit qualifications and looked after accounting, finance, taxation and auditing matters of the project. Carried out risk assessment for the project and recommended the introduction of internal controls to manage the risks.
